Keep dry

Remove the collar or charm before bathing, swimming, heavy rain, or other water exposure.

Avoid chemicals

Keep the product away from perfume, cleaning products, oils, lotions, salt water, and harsh chemicals.

Supervise every wear

Remove the product during sleep, rough play, crate time, or whenever your pet is unattended. Prevent chewing and pulling.

Clean gently

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after use. Do not soak, machine wash, scrub, or use abrasive cleaners on crystals, metal, leather, or decorative surfaces.

Store carefully

Store separately in a dry place away from direct sunlight, humidity, children, and pets.

Inspect before use

Check the clasp, rings, charm, beads, stitching, collar, and metal parts before every use. Stop using the product if anything is loose, cracked, sharp, frayed, bent, or damaged.
