Is it safe for pets?
LuneMatin pieces are decorative pet accessories designed for supervised wear. Remove the piece during sleep, bathing, swimming, rough play, crate time, or whenever your pet is unattended. Inspect all parts before each use.
Can I attach a leash to the collar?
Do not use a decorative crystal collar or charm for restraint, tie-out, training, or as the primary leash attachment point unless the specific product page expressly states that it is designed and tested for that purpose. Use a properly fitted walking collar or harness for leash control.
Can my pet wear it every day?
The pieces are suitable for gentle, supervised moments, photos, calm indoor time, and appropriate outings. Remove the product if your pet shows discomfort or attempts to chew it.
Are the crystals natural?
Material details are listed on each product page. Where a piece is identified as natural crystal, variations in color, clarity, pattern, inclusions, and texture are expected. Decorative accent stones or other materials will be identified separately where applicable.
Can cats and dogs wear LuneMatin pieces?
Selected pieces may suit cats or dogs depending on neck size, body size, product weight, temperament, and fit. Check the product measurements and weight before ordering. Extra care is required for very small pets and pets with medical or behavioral conditions.
What do the crystal meanings represent?
Crystal meanings reflect traditional symbolism and personal sentiment. They do not represent medical, veterinary, safety, or behavioral claims and do not replace professional veterinary care.
How should I care for the piece?
Keep it dry, avoid perfume and harsh chemicals, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth, store separately, and inspect all parts before every use.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Available options and charges appear at checkout.
How long do returns take?
Request a return within 14 days after delivery by emailing jishenchan@outlook.com. Approved refunds are normally issued within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Why does my order take 2–3 weeks to arrive?
Unlike mass-produced glass or synthetic "crystal" jewelry, every LuneMatin piece starts with a genuine, natural crystal — hand-selected for its color, clarity, and unique markings. Because natural stone varies from piece to piece, our artisans hand-cut, polish, and set each one individually. There are no two identical pieces, and no shortcuts.
Here's what that process looks like:
- 2–5 business days — your crystal is hand-selected and handcrafted
- 2–3 weeks total — your one-of-a-kind piece arrives at your door
We know that's longer than a same-day Amazon order — and that's exactly the point. A real crystal, cut and set by hand, simply can't be rushed the way a factory-made piece can. If you're looking for something mass-produced, this isn't it. If you're looking for something genuine and made with care, it's worth the wait.
