Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During new product launches or busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

International Shipping
We aim to make Lunelle available to pet lovers around the world. Available shipping regions may vary and will be shown at checkout.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet accessories cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. We will help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
